UltraTech ReadiPlast is a ready mix cement plaster / render with high quality polymer additives. It can be used on inner and outer walls. It can also be used efficiently on brick, block, stone walls as well as concrete surfaces. UltraTech ReadiPlast gives even surface on which tilling can be done faster and efficiently.

UltraTech ReadiPlast is used in place of traditional plastering, it is a convenient and easy-to-use plaster that is stronger, looks smooth and binds better to its base. Prepared with a mix of special binders and additives, UltraTech ReadiPlast is water resistant with high quality and sustainability. Walls with UltraTech ReadiPlast have lesser chances of developing cracks.

UltraTech ReadiPlast is a plaster made by the right composition of raw materials. It passes through stringent quality controls. It is made with graded sand which enhances the durability.

In most places, sand contains silt or mud which deteriorates plaster quality. It ensures quality plastering and enhances durability, since it doesn't have mud or slit.

Preparation of surface:

The surface should be free of dust, grease etc., else it will affect binding. If the surface is dry, it should be moistened with clean water.

Mixing method:

Prepare plaster by mixing 6-7 liters of water per every 40 kg bag of UltraTech ReadiPlast. Use of mechanical mixer electrical stirrer is recommended for better results. Mixing should be done for 5 - 10 minutes depending upon the speed of the mixing equipment. When the mixture is prepared, leave it for 5 minutes and mix it once again just before use. Do not add any water to the mixture at this point of time. Hard and set plaster should not be mixed again. The correct ratio of water and UltraTech ReadiPlast is essential for better results.

Applying on Surface:

The mixture should be applied within one hour of preparation. If the concrete surface is smooth and dense, it recommended that the surface is made rough with comb for better sticking of the plaster layer. UltraTech ReadiPlast should be applied with hand and care should be taken that it doesn't have direct exposure to sunlight, wind and rain during its application.

Curing / Saturation:

In normal weather, UltraTech ReadiPlast doesn't need curing for first 24 hours. After the plaster is completely dry, curing should be done 2  - 3 times for 2 - 3 days. In abnormal weather conditions, curing for 5 - 7 days is required.

Packing:

UltraTech ReadiPlast is available in 40 kg & 25 kg bags.

Shelf Life:

UltraTech ReadiPlast can be safely stored upto 6 months if kept on dry place above the ground level and covered well. Hard material should not be used for covering.
