Volume: The installed capacity of line is 32000 sq. ft. in 24 hrs (on 5mm basis)

Tempered Glass Series is produced under stringent quality norms and undergoes various processes so as to give it a higher bending strength and increased thermal stress resistance. Its impact strength is increased by 5-6 times that of annealed glass. It is available in clear, extra-clear, float tinted, reflective, frosted float varieties. And if required, special polished edges, holes, cut-outs, special cut-outs or any other designer module can be executed to perfection as per drawings. All of its features conform to BS 6206, BS 6262, EN 12150, IS 6640-1972, IS 2553, BS 857, ANSIZ 97 American standards. The glass provides minimum safety required as per international standards. It is largely used in showrooms, malls, restaurants, and other such public places at low levels of glazing.

Flat Tempered Glasses Product Range in this Series:

Cristallo: A clear toughened / tempered float glass that provides safe breakage characteristics. Ideally suitable for critical locations where safety is important such as doors, side panels and glazing at low levels.

Properties

• Improves mechanical, tensile and thermal strength by 4 to 5 times over annealed glass

• Reduces thermal breakages due to edge strength being better and thermal endurance higher

• Provides safely since the glass breaks into very small pieces with dulled or blunt edges

• Heat soaking can be done to avoid NiS problems resulting into spontaneous breakage

Visionlite: Low iron oxide extra clear tempered glass that gives extra vision, higher light transmission and zero color distortion.

Properties

• Gives better visibility and higher light transmission than regular clear float glass

• VISION-LITE has special feature of NON-DISTORTION of color, so it is useful at the places where display of actual colors is important

• Can be used as laminated glasses where extra safety is required

Kolorlite: Float Tinted Tempered Glass that improves aesthetics and saves power.

• Provides better sun control inside the building

• Saves power consumption by reducing Air Conditioner load

Bansol: It is a high  performance hard coat / soft coat reflective tempered glass that reduces heat gain inside buildings, reduces glare and provides better working environment.

• Provides safety since the glass breaks into very small pieces with dulled or blunt edges

• Improves human efficiency

• Provides privacy while opening the window

Low - e - lite: High performance, Low emissivity, Reflective Tempered Glass that performs better than Bansol range of glasses in terms of light transmittance and heat gain.

Properties

• Low-e-Lites are the best heat insulation glasses

• Low-e-Lites has special feature of banning non-solar long wave infra-red readiations; it is recommended to use Low-e-glass in Double glazing for better effect

• Low-e-Lite is produced in special tempering furnace using soft brush & specially designed washing machine

Opaq: A opaq clear, tinted, body figured float or other translucent tempered glass that can be used at places where translucent light, safety and privacy is of utmost importance.

• It can also provide better heat insulation properties than Cristallo glass

• Reduces thermal breakages due to edge strength being better and thermal endurance higher

• It is not affected by Sub zero temperature and can withstand 300 degree Celsius against normal bend having 400 C
